CILS Arbitration Symposium

I was delighted to contribute to the discussion on “The Persistent Impact of Sanctions on Arbitration” at the CILS Arbitration Symposium.

It was a privilege to share the panel with Héctor Flores , Vladimir Pavic, Björn P. Ebert under the excellent moderation of Vincent Carriou. Their perspectives made for a rich and engaging discussion on the continuing impact of sanctions on international arbitration.

Special thanks to symposium co-chairs James Castello and Lorraine de Germiny for assembling such an outstanding programme and creating a format that encouraged thoughtful debate, meaningful exchanges, and collegiality throughout the event. My sincere thanks also to the entire CILS team for their outstanding organization and hospitality.

I am grateful to all participants for the stimulating conversations and insights shared over the course of the symposium.
