IBA Guidelines 2024 Discussion

✨ 𝗢𝗻 𝟰 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗮𝘁 𝟭𝟳:𝟬𝟬 𝗞𝘆𝗶𝘃 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, we continue the series of presentations on key soft-law documents of the International Bar Association Arbitration Committee - this time online from Ukraine.

Since their first version in 2004, the IBA Guidelines have shaped practice and case law in international arbitration. The 2024 revision addresses recurring and complex issues, ensuring the Guidelines remain a vital source of best practice worldwide.

As Head of the Working Group responsible for the Ukrainian translation, I am honoured to present the results together with my colleagues:
