Since their first version in 2004, the IBA Guidelines have shaped practice and case law in international arbitration. The 2024 revision addresses recurring and complex issues, ensuring the Guidelines remain a vital source of best practice worldwide.

As Head of the Working Group responsible for the Ukrainian translation, I am honoured to present the results together with my colleagues:

- Olexander Droug

- Serhii Uvarov

๐Ÿ“– The Ukrainian version is already available on the IBA website: https://lnkd.in/dg4aFFQr

๐Ÿ™ Our gratitude goes to the ADR Committee of the Ukrainian National Bar Association and the Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA) for their assistance in promoting such important soft-law documents in Ukraine.

We are also sincerely thankful to the leadership of the IBA Arbitration Committee - Chiann Bao, Kate Brown de Vejar, and Dietmar W. Prager - for their support.

Together with Roman Prekop, in our capacity as European Regional Forum Liaison Officers of the IBA Arbitration Committee, we warmly welcome you to join our discussion.
