Conflicts of interest remain one of the most debated issues in international arbitration.

On 12 September 2026, the Turkic Arbitration Association (TAA), with the support of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the International Court of Arbitration CCI Kyrgyzstan, will host a Master Class on the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
