Conflicts of interest are at the heart of many debates in international arbitration.

On 10 September 2026, the Narxoz University School of Law and Public Policy, together with the Turkic Arbitration Association (TAA) and the Kazakhstan International Arbitrage (KIA), with the support of the International Bar Association (IBA), will host a Master Class on the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
