Master Class on the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Conflicts of interest continue to raise challenging questions in international arbitration.

On 8 September 2026, Tashkent State University of Law, together with the Turkic Arbitration Association (TAA), UDRC and with the support of the International Bar Association (IBA), will host a Master Class on the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

• The General Standards of the IBA Guidelines

• The practical "traffic light" system: Red, Orange and Green Lists

• Key updates introduced in the 2024 edition of the IBA Guidelines

• Practical approaches to disclosures and the management of potential conflicts of interest
