Delighted to share the publication of the Ukraine chapter in the Law Over Borders Comparative Guide to Arbitration published by The Global Legal Post.

Together with my colleagues Krystyna Khripkova and Nadiya Mykiyevych, I had the pleasure of contributing this chapter, which explores key aspects of Ukraine’s arbitration landscape.

One of the key takeaways is that Ukraine offers an increasingly arbitration-friendly legal environment, characterised by strong court support, a pro-enforcement approach and low rates of setting aside foreign arbitral awards. Recent legislative developments have further strengthened this trend by expanding the jurisdiction of international commercial arbitration in Ukraine.

Thank you to The The Global Legal Post for the opportunity to contribute to this valuable comparative guide.
