Ukrainian translation of the 2020 LCIA Arbitration Rules

I am delighted to share that the Ukrainian translation of the 2020 LCIA Arbitration Rules is now available on the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) website.

This initiative will help make one of the world's leading sets of arbitral rules more accessible to Ukrainian practitioners, businesses, academics, and students, while further promoting the use and understanding of international arbitration in Ukraine.

It was a privilege to serve as Co-Head of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA) Working Group together with Oleksii Maslov. This project would not have been possible without the dedication and expertise of our outstanding colleagues: Illia Ivanusa, Anna Myroniuk, Mariana Antonovych, Katalina Shkuro, Anna Guillard Sazhko, and Pavlo Bogachenko .

We are grateful to the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) for the opportunity to contribute to this important initiative and to the Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA) for bringing together such a talented team.I hope this translation will become a valuable resource for the Ukrainian arbitration community and support its continued engagement with international arbitration practice.
